About the author

I have had the passion for writing since the 4th grade. I did not know until I was in college exactly what I was going to write. I found that the more I lived the more I would have to say. My creative mind grew during my collegiate years after taking a few creative writing courses. It was still another 5 years after college before I actually wrote my first outline. I began writing in 2010 after having been married two years and having had my first child. As I was becoming an adult with adult responsibilities I realized it was time to grow up and take charge of my life and live a life I could feel comfortable. For me, being comfortable meant facing some of the most difficult times in my past. My writings are works of fiction created to provoke individuals to confront the areas in life that are typically ignored. I write for me, so that I can be a better mother and wife in my household and a better individual to the lives I come in contact with daily.
